I graduated from Ball State University with a BA in History and Social Studies Education grades 5-12. During college, I worked at the Ball State Museum of Art and was an exchange student at Keele University in Staffordshire, England.
Prior to moving back to Adams County, I taught Geography, AP Government, and US History at Carmel High School for six years. During that time, I was a Goethe-Institut scholar and was involved with Model UN, Key Club and the “We the People” Program.
I started teaching Art K-8 at Zion in 2019, and teaching middle school Social Studies at Zion since 2020. My family and I are members at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Preble.
